 Cuvée Beach Cellar and Wine Bar Restaurant's casual yet elegant Tuscan and Provence-inspired atmosphere speaks to an unparalleled dining experience.

   From any vantage point in the restaurant, one can watch his meal being prepared as Chef John Norman and his talented staff go to work in the exhibition kitchen, a key focal point of the restaurant.

   The Wine Bar is where guests may choose from an impressive list of wines and champagnes offered by the glass. The concept of the Wine Bar is designed to allow wine enthusiasts an opportunity to taste and sample their favorites.

 
 

Menu
Cuvée Cuisine combines the best of the gulf coast with southern inspired wine friendly food. This is honest cooking inspired by California, Asia and Tuscany.

Design
Renowned restaurant designer Peter Niemitz designed Cuvée Beach reminiscent of the Spanish Mission style of the Northern California wine country combined with the colors and textures of Tuscany and Provence. Rustic yet elegant setting new to the Emerald Coast of Florida.
