About Us
Owners, Joseph C. Marcello and S. Joseph Segreto have been vacationing and investing in Destin properties for over thirty years. Their background spans several restaurants in New Orleans including the popular Broussard’s, while Segreto’s urbanized Italian-Creole haunt Eleven 79 consistently snags raves for its next-level food stylings.

“Cuvee Beach presented the ideal opportunity to rekindle our love of the business,” say New Orleans natives and new proprietors Joseph C. Marcello and S. Joseph Segreto.  “Our previous collaboration at Broussard’s was so rewarding, and we wanted to introduce an authentic Louisiana cuisine combined with an Italian influence in a way that Destin has yet to experience.”

Spearheading the menu overhaul is the esteemed Chef Michael Sichel, another Louisiana transplant with an atlas of a resume that includes the renowned Restaurant Indigo.  Sichel’s history of success stories encompasses high profile stints in Provence, France, San Francisco, New York, and Napa Valley, widespread influences earmarking his delectable new offerings at Cuvee Beach.  Featuring the likes of Grouper Saltimbocca, Pork Chop Milanese, Tuna Tonnato, and Gnocchi Pasta, the revamped menu both embraces tradition and effortlessly satisfies the scrutiny of a mature palate craving something different.
